1.2) Reading and understanding your search results.

(top)

From the search results page you will be able to look at general class information, scroll through pages of results, click on a class for more detail, and change your search criteria.

On the search results page you will see a number of classes/events:

Your results are displayed chronologically by start date and then by start time. Based on your search criteria, you may be able to view any or all of the following: progressive classes, progressive classes with drop-ins, drop-in classes, or events. Note that classes with a start date in the past will only appear if they offer drop-ins.

Each search result will display:
  • the level of the class/event
  • the dance(s) offered
  • the type of result (progressive, drop-in, event)
  • the title of the class/event (you can click on this for more detail)
  • the name of the venue where the class/event will be held
  • the general location of the venue
  • the days and times the class is offered (classes)
  • the start date and end date of the class (classes)
  • the number of lessons offered (classes)
  • the date and times of the event (event)

For more details about the exact location, schedule, requirements, cost, etc. click on the class/event title.

If your search returns a lot of results, you can scroll through the pages on the right or you can narrow your search through the search form on the left. If you receive too few results or none, try broadening your search criteria.
